If you’re thinking about studying in the U.S., the International Students Day university fair on Wednesday, May 13, is a great chance to connect with admissions counselors from colleges throughout the U.S. The fair runs from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT. (Check your local time here.)
Topics will include undergraduate and graduate admissions, how to finance a U.S. education and how to find the best college for you. You’ll be able to communicate with admissions counselors, and with current students ready to tell you what their schools are really like.
“With more than 100 participating colleges and universities,” said Heidi Arola of Education USA, one of the event’s sponsors, “the International Students Day online fair is a fantastic way to get free, firsthand information about studying in the U.S.”
Visit five schools’ Web pages during the fair and you’ll qualify for a chance at a $2,500 scholarship. To sign up and see a list of participating colleges and universities, visit CollegeWeek Live’s International Students Day university fair page.
