Cuba jails its people for speaking out [video]

Speaking your mind can get you jailed in Cuba. A new campaign is shining a light on the human rights abuses against political prisoners in Cuba.

At the launch of the campaign — called Jailed for What? — in New York, Ambassador Kelley Currie, the U.S. representative on the U.N. Economic and Social Council, said: “President Trump is taking action to hold the Cuban regime responsible for its human rights violations and supporting the Cuban people’s aspirations to live in freedom.”
