Need some Olympic-level motivation? [video]

Final seconds. Are you ready? Hear what makes Team USA athletes move faster, reach higher and feel stronger from training to competition time.

Olympic training is a grueling business — early mornings, intense workouts and very little time to yourself. But a mindset based on preparation and teamwork can help athletes keep pushing through the highs and lows on the road to Rio.

For Games veterans like Tamika Catchings, Kayla Harrison and John Orozco — who recently suffered a devastating knee injury that will prevent him from competing at Rio — or newcomers Ibtihaj Muhammad, Jarryd Wallace and Jillion Potter, staying motivated is key.

It all comes down to this, says Paralympic rower Blake Haxton: “One team, one dream.”

What about you? Do you have a similar motto that keeps you going during tough times?
