Election observers are in the news. Record numbers will monitor this year’s presidential election, including over 400 from overseas. The goal is an “accurate and impartial” assessment of the election. And people around the world agree that U.S. elections are free and fair. “The U.S. is definitely the most democratic country in the world,” says one Hong Kong resident.
